Stuffed Vegetable Puri/Poori | Vegetarian Breakfast/Brunch/Snack recipe
Make these scrumptious and crispy stuffed pooris for ur weekend brunch/breakfast/party starter.
For the dough: 2 cups wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp clarified butter/ghee, 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp plain yogurt/curd, and water to knead the dough;
For the stuffing : 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup of mixed frozen veggies (green beans, peas, corn, carrots)/or other vegetables of your choice, 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves/cilantro, 1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste, 1 tsp each of cumin seeds, garam masala powder and red chili powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil;
Oil for deep frying.
